Where is the techology equipment room?
Will there be enough capacity for future equipment
& cable?
What will the tray capacity be in percentage of
growth?
What type of cabling is necessary for technology?
Will the cooling be adequate as well as ventilation?
Moving into the future:
Furniture layout, future moves, added employees,
jacks for telephones and other devices
